Let's analyze your INR levels

A few questions help us personalize your report.

About INR

The International Normalized Ratio (INR) standardizes prothrombin time results across laboratories. It measures your extrinsic clotting pathway efficiency, primarily reflecting vitamin K-dependent factor activity. INR is the standard test for monitoring warfarin therapy and evaluating liver synthetic function.

Also known as: INR, International Normalized Ratio, Prothrombin Time INR, PT/INR, 组织因子诱导型凝血过程.INR

What does your INR result mean?

High INR means slower clotting from warfarin, vitamin K deficiency, or liver disease. Low INR indicates faster clotting or warfarin resistance.

Optimal vs. normal range

Normal INR is 0.9-1.1. Warfarin therapy targets 2.0-3.0 for atrial fibrillation. An INR above 4.0 significantly increases bleeding risk.
